As stated in our terms and conditions , all products purchased on Airliners are non-refundable. Though this is our policy, in case of a cancellation, Airliners will negotiate with the supplier(s) to obtain the maximum refund for you.

Your payment options are Credit Card, E-transfer, Agency cheque.

This depends on your destination and type of passport you are holding. Before you travel you should always check the destination requirements such as vaccinations, passport validity and visas. If you missed your flight on your own accord, contact your airline for assistance. Cancellation penalties, no show fees or cancelled segments which may be imposed are governed by your airline and your questions and concerns should be communicated directly with them.IIf you missed a connecting flight (on a through fare ticket) because of a delay or a technical issue, your airline will assist you to reach your destination.If you missed a connecting flight (on separately issued tickets) because of a delay or a technical issue, your airline is not responsible to assist you and you are subject to penalties that may be implemented.

Infants ages 0-24 months can sit on an adult lap free of charge or with a minimal charge, depending on the airline and the destination.

If you wish to obtain a seat for your infant, we can arrange it for you and the applicable child rates will apply.

As flight searches are live, results that are displayed while you are searching may change depending on the flight availability during the booking process. Our system closely monitors inventory on flights and will provide the cheapest fare available at the time of booking.

As soon as you finalize and pay for the reservation, document issuance may take anywhere between a few minutes to a few hours. If you haven’t received a notification from us by midnight the same day, check your junk mail or contact our team by email online@airliners.ca or phone 1877 728 6870

Seat selection depends on the Airline, routing and fare purchased. Most airlines charge for seat selection and you can select and pay for seats during the booking process or contact our team by email online@airliners.ca or phone 1877 728 6870.

Baggage allowance and fees depend on the Airlines, routing and the fare purchased. While making your reservation on our site check the baggage allowance information we have provided for you.

If we receive a schedule change on your reservation we will notify you either my email or by phone.

Travel insurance is highly recommended and as a registered TICO agency you are required to advise your clients of travel insurance options at the time of booking.
